The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
Negotiate offers and sales agreements to achieve the best outcomes for all parties Arrange and conduct property viewings Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and prospective clients Register applicants and match them to suitable properties Proactively generate interest in new instructions and available properties Progress sales through to completion while delivering exceptional customer service Identify opportunities to generate new business and referrals Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch Sales Negotiator Requirements Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and customer service abilities Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle What's on Offer?
