Account Manager – Surgical

Covering the Yorkshire and North East region, this field-based role involves selling to Sterile Services, Consultants, EBME, Theatre Managers, and Procurement. You’ll represent a leading range of surgical instruments and sterile capital equipment. This is a mix of account management and business development, supported by strong brand recognition and internal referrals. The sale is value-driven, not transactional – ideal for someone who thrives in clinical, stakeholder-led environments.

General surgical instruments and sterile technology services – a mix of capital equipment and consumables.

• 3 years+ hospital sales experience
• Surgical / theatre experience preferred but not essential
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

• Basic Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
• Commission: £24,000 – £35,000+ uncapped
