Senior NHS Sales Lead - Yorkshire

Position:  Senior NHS Sales Lead Suitable for:  Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Sales Lead – with experience of selling into the NHS.  Ideally experience of selling either health technology product / service and/or consultancy

Location:

Leeds or London (hybrid)
Salary:  63k + bens

We are working with an NHS organisation to find them a commercially minded Senior NHS Sales Lead who is good at relationship building and who has a passion for improving health and care outcomes.  This is a pivotal role responsible for driving growth of the company’s pipeline revenue across two products / service revenue streams. The ideal candidate will have experience of selling a technology product / solution and/or consultancy services and have a consultative style approach.  

Essential criteria

Proven new business development and commercial growth expertise

Strong understanding of NHS and healthcare sector including navigation of procurement pathways and adept at operating at senior levels within the NHS and partner organisations

Consultative style sales approach and comfortable with long sales cycles

Commercial acumen and strategic thinking

Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and negotiation skills

Leadership and people development

Highly motivated, resilient and delivery focused
