We're recruiting an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a reputable engineering business based in Sherburn in Elmet. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and driven sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships and converting opportunities.

The role will focus on developing new and existing B2 B customer relationships, generating sales opportunities and supporting business growth. You'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with customers and proactively following up opportunities.

• Contact new and existing B2 B customers to generate sales opportunities
• Build relationships and understand customer requirements
• Follow up enquiries and quotations to maximise conversions
• Make outbound calls and engage with key contacts
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity
• Work closely with the wider sales team to support growth

• Confident communicator with a proactive sales approach
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Motivated, organised and target-focused
• Previous experience in internal sales, telesales or a customer-facing role would be beneficial
