Key Account Executive, Foodservice - Arla Foods

Reporting to the Wholesale Director, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting both day-to-day account activity and longer-term business growth. You’ll work closely with customer and internal stakeholders, using data-driven insight to help shape commercial decisions and maximise performance. Your key responsibilities will include;

• Owning P&L responsibility at account level, supporting sales reporting, forecasting, business planning, promotions, terms, debt including all associated administration
• P&L responsibility for Regional Wholesalers
• Creating & maintaining performance tracking documents, sharing analysis with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
• Managing customer relationships and coordinating day-to-day operational issues, including deliveries and shortages
• Supporting the development and negotiation of joint plans to drive growth and unlock new opportunities

Ideally, you’ll bring up to two years of experience in a commercial FMCG role. You’ll be results focused, highly organised, and motivated to develop your commercial skillset. Strong numerical capability is essential, alongside a collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn and progress within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, and contributing confidently to commercial discussions.
