• As an Account Manager, you'll combine customer relationship management with business development, helping to grow existing accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the South West
• Generate leads and establish new customer contacts
• Promote the benefits and unique selling points of the company's products
• Identify opportunities to increase account profitability
• Prepare and follow up quotations and commercial opportunities
• Work closely with production and internal teams to resolve quality, delivery and competitiveness issues
• Negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers
• Communicate confidently across all levels of the business
• Contribute to the wider success and growth of the sales team

• We're looking for a self-motivated and commercially minded salesperson who enjoys building relationships and developing new opportunities.
• Previous experience within labels, printed packaging, print or a related manufacturing environment
• A proven track record in sales, account management or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident negotiator with a positive and adaptable approach
• Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a wider team
• Commercially aware with a focus on achieving targets and growing accounts
• Professional approach to customer presentation and communication
• Digital or printed label experience would be advantageous, although full product training will be provided
