Outbound Sales Executive

Position: Outbound Sales Executive High Earning Potential
This is not an account management role. It is not a renewals role. It is not a customer service role. This is a genuine new business sales position for people who enjoy outbound prospecting, winning new clients, and being rewarded directly for their results. Joining a leading commercial insurance broker in Bedford, you'll be responsible for generating your own opportunities, building a pipeline, managing the full sales cycle, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Full insurance training is provided, including a funded Sales Academy and Cert CII qualification. You'll work across a range of commercial insurance products including Liability, Contractors All Risks, Commercial Fleet, Professional Indemnity, D&O and Cyber. Enjoy outbound sales and winning new business Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Can demonstrate previous sales success through targets, KPIs, conversion rates and achievements Have experience generating and closing their own opportunities Thrive under pressure and remain motivated when faced with rejection Are hungry, competitive and driven by progression and earnings Backgrounds in recruitment, B2B telesales, business development, car sales, financial services sales and other high-activity outbound sales environments are particularly relevant.
