Business Moves Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us strengthen our presence and create new opportunities across the North.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys getting out into the market, meeting people, building trusted relationships and turning conversations into long term business.
You will take ownership of developing a strong sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and managing them from initial contact through to proposal, tender and contract award.
Working closely with our operational and commercial teams, you will help clients navigate workplace change, commercial relocation, logistics, storage, asset management and wider property requirements.
We are looking for someone with:
- A strong and proven background in B2B sales or business development
- A successful track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of commercial relocation, furniture , workplace, FM, logistics, fit out, property or a related sector
- Excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills
- A proactive, commercially focused and self motivated approach
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel throughout the region
Knowledge of the Northern market and an established network would be a real advantage.
