Field Sales Representative

We’re looking for an ambitious, driven and highly personable Field Sales Representative
.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, generating new business and getting out into the field.

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in growing Park Square Clinic’s patient base and establishing strong referral and commercial relationships with businesses, professionals and potential partners.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and professional networks
• Generate patient referrals and new leads for the clinic
• Attend meetings, networking events and business appointments
• Introduce Park Square Clinic’s treatments, services and patient programmes to prospective partners
• Follow up leads and convert opportunities into measurable revenue
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
• Represent Park Square Clinic professionally and confidently in the field

• Has 2+ years of sales experience
• Has a proven track record in business development, field sales or B2B sales
• Is confident with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Is highly personable and able to build relationships quickly
• Is commercially driven and target-focused
• Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Is proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Has a genuine interest in health, wellness, aesthetics or medical services
• This is not a desk-based sales role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being out there, opening doors, creating opportunities and turning relationships into results.

Location: Leeds & surrounding areas

Salary: Dependent on experience + commission
