SALES NEGOTIATOR | LEEDS | £28K–£32K OTE

I’m working with one of the most recognised Estate Agency brands in the North, who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Leeds team.

This is a genuinely busy office with experienced agents around you, hands-on training and plenty of opportunity to develop your career.

£28,000–£32,000 OTE

• Basic salary + UNCAPPED commission

• Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5pm

• Every other Saturday, 9am–1pm + time back in lieu

• 22 days holiday + bank holidays

What will you be doing?

• Working with buyers and sellers throughout the sales process

• Arranging & conducting viewings

• Building strong client relationships

• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Generating referrals and repeat business

• Providing a genuinely high level of customer service

• Getting stuck in and becoming a key part of a busy sales team
👀 What are they looking for?

Estate Agency experience would be ideal, but it’s not essential.
If you’ve got a strong background in sales, customer service or a target-driven environment, and you're keen to build a career in Estate Agency, I'd be keen to hear from you.

You’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
