* Strong understanding of the London and Southeast market.
 
* A strong background in Timber products.
 
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
 
* Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach, coupled with the resilience and tenacity to overcome challenges and drive success.
 
* Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the UK as required.
