Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Leeds based, Sales & Marketing, Consumer team and contribute to our success by delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to our clients.

What you'll do and develop:
As a Senior Consultant at Henderson Scott, you will:

Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to negotiating offers and on-boarding candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
Stay updated on industry trends to position Henderson Scott as a trusted partner in recruitment.

Market that you will cover:

CPG Sales, Marketing and Category Appointments.

We focus on hiring CPG sales, marketing and category professionals from mid-senior to board level.
Our team work with challenger brands and blue-chip organisations across North America.
Our client's range across food, beverage, personal care, household & pet categories.
These companies sell into Mass, Grocery, Club and Food service Channels.
Your responsibility will be to grow and develop the market and benefit from our continued success.

What we're looking for:

Proven sales experience or experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within a specialist or professional services sector.
A strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for recruitment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What we offer:

£28,000-£35,000 salary + £3,600 Car Allowance
Up to 40% Commission (Uncapped earning potential paid monthly, quarterly and annual top ups to a guaranteed level)
