Trainee Sales Executive

What You'll Be Doing As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn how to:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey. Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels. Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments. Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets. Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.

Training & Development You'll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands-on experience within the business.
