We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business in the managed print and office technology sector. They help businesses manage their printing and document needs more cost-effectively and sustainably.

This Telephone Sales Coordinator role is office-based role in a small, friendly team. You'll speak with businesses, introduce the company's services and book appointments for the wider team.

• Making outbound calls to businesses across different sectors
• Following up on marketing campaigns and mailers
• Building interest and booking appointments
• Keeping CRM records and follow-up details accurate
• Managing your own calls and follow-ups
• Working with the team to make the most of new opportunities

• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting or a similar role
• Confidence speaking with people over the phone
• A positive, resilient approach to handling objections
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys contributing as part of a supportive team

• £15.00 per hour, plus commission
• Part-time hours across a minimum of 3 days per week, within office hours
