Leeds | £30,000 basic salary + commission

Are you an experienced telemarketer who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities?

We are recruiting a Telemarketer on behalf of our client in Leeds. You will contact prospective business customers, market the company and its services, and identify new business opportunities.

The role

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Market the company and promote its services.

* Build relationships with decision-makers and establish customer needs.

* Generate interest and identify new business opportunities.

* Follow up leads and maintain regular contact with prospects.

* Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes and follow-ups on the CRM.

* Work towards agreed activity and performance targets.

What we’re looking for

* At least three years’ experience in telemarketing, telesales or a similar outbound telephone sales role.

* A confident, professional telephone manner.

* The ability to handle objections and keep conversations moving.

* A resilient, organised approach and motivation to achieve targets.

* Confidence using a CRM and managing your own follow-ups.

What’s on offer

* £30,000 basic salary plus commission.
