Retail Security Support Officer

Kingdom are a key partner to Tesco Supermarkets, and we have a great opportunity for a Retail Security Support Officer to join our team.

Location: Leeds, LS11 area

Hours: Various hours per week, as per store requirements. Covering shifts for Holidays, Illness & emergencies. 06.00 as needed.

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
• Providing a visible deterrent within the store.
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements.
• Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.

• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
• A valid SIA Licence.
• A full five‑year checkable employment history.

You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately.

You will receive your pay weekly on a Friday from HIVE 360 Payroll Services Provider.

You will not be working for Kingdom Service Group directly, although you will have the opportunity to request your temporary agreement to be transferred to a Kingdom Contract in the future.
