Night Time Safety Concierge

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Night Time Safety Concierge, to provide a safe and secure environment for residents during the evening hours. This role will involve performing general concierge duties while also overseeing building safety, triaging out-of-hours calls, monitoring CCTV, conducting walk and drive-around checks, and responding to emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks related to resident safety and building management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Excellent Service: Greet residents and visitors with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor. Ensure that all residents feel safe and attended to during the evening hours.
• Safety Monitoring: Oversee building safety by monitoring CCTV systems to ensure the premises are secure. Respond to security concerns or incidents promptly and follow the appropriate escalation procedures.
• Out-of-Hours Call Management: Triage out-of-hours phone calls, addressing resident issues or emergencies and directing them to the relevant team or service provider. Ensure all urgent matters are handled efficiently.
• Building Walkarounds and drive around: Conduct regular walkarounds and drive around of the building in accordance with the building check sheet and ensure the areas are up to the required high standard. Ensure common areas have all the amenities available for residents are safe, clean and free of hazards. Perform visual inspections to identify any maintenance or safety concerns.
