If you’re the kind of engineer who gets bored fixing the same panel every day, this one’s for you. You’ll get hands-on with fire alarms, CCTV, intruder and access control systems, all backed by training, support, and a no-nonsense team who know what they’re doing.

• £35,000–£40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• 23 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising to 27 with service) + your birthday off

• Maintaining and servicing fire, CCTV, intruder, and access control systems
• Getting trained up on fire alarm systems (if you’re not already)
• Jumping in to help with commissioning when needed
• Keeping customers happy and systems running smoothly
• Staying safe and doing your paperwork properly (digitally, of course)
• Taking your turn on the out-of-hours call-out rota

• Strong skills across CCTV, fire, intruder, and access systems
• Networking knowledge is a bonus but not essential
• Gent-approved status ideal (but not a deal breaker)
• At least 3 years of maintenance and fault-finding experience
• UK driving license
• Good attitude, solid communication, and a bit of pride in your work
