Due to continue expansion,we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a
Maintenance Technician
. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley
. The salary for this role is £30,000 annually
.

Let's talk about the role. It involves;

• Carrying out repairs and improvements on a diverse portfolio of student and professional properties, in and around the Headingley and Hyde Park districts of Leeds.
• You will be required to supply your own basic tools and further tools will be provided as required.
• You will be tasked with carry out works in both occupied and unoccupied properties across the following disciplines;
  Wet plumbing, painting, joinery
• Basic none qualified electrical skills
• General property repairs

• Confident with customers, personable, a “can do” attitude, and experience in a wide range of trades.
• Preferably you will have experience carrying out high volumes of work on residential properties.
• The ability to organise your own diary, and manage simultaneous projects effectively, is key to being successful in this role.
