Job Title : Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Salary : £50,000 £ 60,000 DOE + Bonuses

Location : Leeds and Surrounding Areas

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join a new and growing domestic plumbing and heating business based in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and wants a role where their experience can genuinely make an impact.

This is a hands-on senior engineering position covering domestic plumbing and heating work across the Leeds area. You will be responsible for a range of repairs, installations and diagnostics, including :

• General plumbing repairs and leak detection
• Boiler servicing, breakdowns and installations
• Bathroom installations
• Full system fault-finding and problem solving

The role will begin as a front-line engineering position but will naturally progress into a managerial role as the company expands.

The company is a newly established plumbing and heating provider with strong backing from a wider property and maintenance group. Although new, they have a clear vision to become a recognised and trusted name in the region. They focus on high-quality workmanship, professional service, and long-lasting solutions rather than quick fixes.

You will be joining at an exciting early stage, giving you influence, autonomy and real potential for growth.

• Monday to Friday
• 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm
• Tuesdays and Thursdays : 11 : 00am to 7 : 00pm

• Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and installations
• Provide boiler diagnostics, servicing and replacements
• Install bathrooms to a high standard
• Deliver excellent customer service on every visit
• Maintain high levels of quality and care
• Support the team as the company grows
• Work independently and represent the business professionally

• Minimum 10 years domestic plumbing and heating experience
• Gas Safe Registered (required)
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working independently
• Desire to progress into a management role
