Afantastic new opportunity has arisen to become a Sessional Outreach and Hub Worker working with a multi‑disciplinary team that supports people who are rough sleeping or living in temporary accommodation and have multiple needs. This role will be for you.

ResponsibilitiesDo you want to work for a caring organisation that believes in people? As part of the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government funding package, Change Grow Live Leeds service has received funding for Sessional Staff to help support the team on outreach and supporting individuals in temporary accommodation.
Change Grow Live staff will provide wrap‑around support to people who rough sleep and will work directly with accommodation providers and other services to support people in leading healthier lives. You will focus on engaging with people who have a history of rough sleeping and other support issues. You will have some experience of engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions.
You will also record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is important. Most of the time you will be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
Qualifications & Knowledge- Experience engaging with individuals with multiple and/or complex needs.
- Knowledge of homelessness, working with people in temporary accommodation, mental health, criminal justice system, substance use.
Salary Range (pro rata if part time): £16.89 /Hr. ILW / OLW / Fringe
