Job Search Place Limited is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to assist clients in maintaining their housing and avoiding homelessness. This role is vital in today's cost-of-living crisis, where you will help support clients with benefit applications and manage essential services.

The ideal candidate should possess empathy, resilience, and strong relationship-building skills, especially in understanding the challenges faced by care-experienced young people. The position is based at any of our hubs in Trowbridge, Chippenham, or Salisbury.
