Hours: 30 hours per week

Working under the direction of the CEO and reporting to the Deputy Manager, this role supports BCF’s strategy to help older people in Burmantofts live independent, happy lives. The postholder will promote digital inclusion, financial resilience, and access to support services, helping people manage their finances and health whilst connecting them to new opportunities, groups and activities.

The role involves acting as the first point of contact for new members, developing action plans, delivering support sessions, and working in partnership with third sector organisations. The postholder will also recruit new members, assist with forms and applications, and maintain the BCF member database.

All BCF team members are expected to actively promote the charity’s aims and values and to represent BCF as a positive, trusted force for change in the area.
