Sheltered Housing Manager – Bungalow Patch
Location:
Leeds, LS15. Temporary ongoing role, start ASAP.
Hours:
9 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 3 hours each morning. Flexible start time between 8:00 and 9:30.
Pay: £15.49 per hour PAYE.
Role Summary- 9 hours per week
- Temporary ongoing
- Working with older adults (55 years and older)
- Based in Leeds
- Previous sheltered or supported housing experience preferred
- Provide daily communication with residents living independently
- Conduct welfare checks on residents
- Perform health and safety checks on buildings
Signpost residents to services - Report and oversee any maintenance required
- Experience in sheltered or supported housing (preferred)
- Ability to work with older adults
