Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour (dependent on experience). Permanent role, 30 hours per week with alternate weekend duties.

• Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs with plating meals and preparing food trolleys.
• Ensure all preparation areas remain clean and tidy.
• Monitor stock rotation and comply with company policies.
• Follow mandatory COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.

• Passion for food and previous kitchen experience.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Ability to deliver excellent service and make residents feel at home.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork with kitchen and care home staff.
• Attention to maintaining high standards in and around the home.
