Riverside is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Outreach) to assist customers in Wakefield districts. You will provide outreach support, coordinate with employability coaches and other agencies, help manage finances, and assist with benefits sign-ups as part of moving towards permanent housing.
You will maintain accurate records, build confidence, and work as part of a supportive team. A car is essential, and flexibility to work weekends and varied shifts is required.
