Buckinghamshire Council offers a structured Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) for Newly Qualified Social Workers. The programme provides high-quality training, dedicated support, and managed caseloads to build confidence and resilience.
You will join your substantive Locality Team or Children in Care Team from day one, with classroom learning, shadowing, and direct support from experienced colleagues to develop essential practice skills.
