Position: Young People and Families Involvement Coordinator - Full Time

Hours:

37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, flexibility required

Help Children, Young People and Families Shape the Services they use!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Young People and Families Involvement Coordinator to lead and strengthen participation across our services. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure that the views, wishes and experiences of children, young people and families are heard, valued and acted upon.

Working closely with service managers, practitioners and young people themselves, you will develop meaningful opportunities for involvement, coproduction and feedback that drive service improvement and positive outcomes.

This role is central to our commitment to safeguarding, quality improvement and ensuring children and young people are actively involved in shaping the support they receive. Ofsted places significant emphasis on participation and demonstrating how organisations listen and respond to the voices of children, young people and families.

The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. Please note, this post is subject to an enhanced check made by the Disclosure and Barring Services, paid for by P3.
