The role focuses on helping residents sustain their tenancies, access benefits and develop independent living skills, with the aim of reducing homelessness and supporting personal goals.
The post offers flexible hours (37, 30 or 22.5 per week) and a salary of £29,077 per year pro rata, plus 25 days’ annual leave and a 5% employer pension contribution.
