Staff Software Engineer (Python / Rust / C++ / Golang)

📍 London - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We’re building the next generation of real-time, low-latency data systems - processing billions of transactions globally.

This is a hands-on Staff Engineer role where you’ll take on complex challenges in distributed, event‑driven architecture, focusing on scale, performance, and reliability.

• Build and optimise real-time distributed systems at a global scale
• Lead deep dives into latency, throughput, and observability
• Stay close to the code while shaping architecture and direction

• Strong coding skills in Python, Rust, C++ or Go
• Experience with high‑performance or distributed systems

Up to £160,000 base, 25% performance bonus, and equity, plus full benefits and hybrid flexibility.
