Senior AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Gizmo, you’ll report directly to the Founders and help shape the product experience for our rapidly growing user base. You’ll collaborate with the engineering team to design, test and ship features that bring our AI vision to life. You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team during an exciting growth stage with opportunities to make a significant impact and grow with the company as we scale.

• Design, implement and continuously improve AI features by leveraging prompt engineering techniques with LLMs. When needed, fine-tune models using domain-specific data to enhance accuracy and performance.
• Deploy and integrate AI models into production environments using our Python or Type Script backend.

• You are an experienced software engineer with strong knowledge of Python and/or Type Script.
• You have experience in evaluating AI models and prompts.
• Degree in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
• Clear communicator who can break down complexity and collaborate effectively.
• Driven by impact - you prioritise work that moves the needle.
• Self-starter with a maker mindset. We’re looking for ex-founders or individuals with start-up experience.
