I am currently hiring for one of London’s leading wealth management firms, which is undergoing a major transformation of its regulatory reporting and application architecture. The company is moving both its existing reporting pipelines and future regulatory projects into cloud-based environments, while also rebuilding key internal web applications to meet modern standards of maintainability, scalability, and compliance.
This transformation opens an exciting opportunity to join a global firm with a long-standing reputation for excellence, precision, and innovation in regulated financial environments.
They are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who can deliver immediate impact on both the regulatory reporting estate and the design and development of maintainable, modern web applications, particularly around migrating reporting workflows from legacy API-driven systems into ADF-based, cloud-native pipelines
. You will contribute directly to ensuring the firm meets evolving obligations under MiFID II, EMIR, and other FCA/ESMA frameworks
.
As a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you will take on complex regulatory data challenges, design stable and maintainable internal web tools, and leverage your expertise in C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Angular, ADF, Azure, and Snowflake to deliver robust, compliant solutions.
What We’re Looking For:- 4‑5 years of Software Engineering experience in a full‑stack environment, with strong skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, Azure, Angular, and ADF
- Experience working in regulatory reporting (MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, or similar), or strong interest in financial regulatory systems
- Proven ability to design and develop maintainable, scalable web applications using modern frameworks
- Understanding of data validation, exception handling, enrichment, and reference data flows within reporting pipelines
- A BSc in Computer Science (preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and ideally a background or interest in Fin Tech or financial markets
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate regulatory requirements into technical designs
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across technology, operations, and compliance
- Curiosity and drive to adopt new technologies and respond to evolving regulatory mandates
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in fast‑paced and highly regulated environments
This role does not provide visa sponsorship.
