• Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and observability that support our continuous delivery practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve system reliability, performance, and security.
• Write tooling to support our self‑service automation portal to improve visibility for engineers.
• Creating and maintaining innovative, automated solutions, tooling and alerting frameworks to improve the reliability of our production systems.
• Proactively address application, platform and database performance as we scale to global regions (and supporting our product engineering teams to do the same).
