Senior Analytics Engineering Manager

The role involves leading a team of engineers to build and scale a data warehouse. This includes developing downstream data models from backend services. The position focuses on nurturing engineers' professional development and guiding technical initiatives. It also entails ensuring the team delivers valuable work with attention to detail and establishing best practices in data governance.

The role requires experience in managing or mentoring high-performing engineers and strong experience in data warehousing architecture didates should have experience and a passion for leading data warehousing, data visualisation, big data, or ETL projects. The ability to hire great engineers within the data space is also necessary, along with comfort in both hands‑on work and team leadership. Experience in a finance or banking environment and working in a highly regulated environment are considered beneficial.

Experience with dbt, Big Query, and Looker are also listed as nice‑to‑haves.
