In the Digital Applications practice (DAS) a collaborative team works within the wider Atos network, partnering across disciplines to deliver value on customer and internal initiatives.

Full Stack Developer focused on backend systems, yet capable of full‑stack contributions across the application lifecycle. The role is for a proactive engineer who thrives on variety and can navigate ambiguity to drive product impact.

• Designing and delivering high‑quality, maintainable code across backend and frontend systems
• Owning your work end‑to‑end from solution design and implementation to testing, deployment, and release
• Investigating and resolving complex bugs and system issues pragmatically
• Collaborating with developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver value quickly and effectively
• Contributing to architectural decisions, especially around microservices and cloud‑based systems
• Working across multiple services and systems, adapting to shifting priorities and business needs
• Maintaining clear documentation, ticket updates, and audit trails for transparency and accountability

Proactive, confident, and collaborative developers who take initiative and seek continuous improvement.

• Strong experience with JavaScript, particularly Node.js
• Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Service Bus and cloud‑native architectures
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Experience working across the full development lifecycle

• Frameworks and tools:
  Hapi.js, Nunjucks
• Databases and ORM:
  Postgre
  
  SQL, Sequelize
• Dev Ops and infrastructure:
  Docker, Kubernetes
• Data and integrations: SQL scripting, ETL processes
• API design: REST APIs, AsyncAPI
• Experience with GDS standards ( Design System)

• SC clearance desirable; eligibility for SC clearance is required
