Senior & Lead Delivery Managers

We're working with a growing digital transformation consultancy that delivers complex software, cloud, data and AI programmes across the public sector and wider tech-for-good landscape. They're hiring Senior & Lead Delivery Managers due to new client wins and continued growth.

These are highly client-facing delivery roles, and we're specifically looking for individuals who have experience building trusted relationships with customers, managing senior stakeholders and leading the successful delivery of software and digital programmes.

You'll work closely with customers, Engineers, Architects, QA specialists and UX/UCD teams to deliver impactful digital services that solve real-world problems. This is not an internal delivery position. Success in the role requires the ability to operate confidently in customer-facing environments, balancing delivery excellence with stakeholder management.

Projects span digital transformation, cloud modernisation, AI-enabled solutions, data-driven services and bespoke software delivery.

We're keen to hear from people who have experience:

• Delivering complex software or digital transformation programmes
• Working directly with customers and senior stakeholders
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Architecture, QA and UX/UCD
• Managing delivery plans, governance, budgets, risks and dependencies
• Operating within Agile delivery environments

Public sector experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. However, experience in a client-facing consulting, professional services or supplier delivery environment is essential.

candidates must be able to attend the Leeds office (and/or client sites) 3 days per week and be eligible to obtain SC Clearance.
