This is a full-time office-based role for an experienced Trailer Freight Groupage Clerk located just outside of Leeds City Centre. Main responsibilities include quoting, coordinating and managing the groupage (consolidated) shipments by road, ensuring cost-efficient transport solutions, on-time delivery, and full compliance with legal, customs, and company requirements. The role ensures the effective planning, consolidation, and dispatch of groupage cargo while maintaining customer satisfaction and operational control.

Qualifications & Experience
* 2-3 years of experience in road freight forwarding, preferably in groupage operations.
* Strong knowledge of European transport networks and groupage processes.
* Understanding of customs procedures, Incoterms, and ADR requirements.
* Proficiency in TMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Package and Benefits
* Salary £30,000 to £35,000
