As our Referencing Screener you’ll be responsible for completing colleagues’ pre-employment referencing to ensure colleagues have been referenced in line with relevant legislation and airport authority regulations, to enable them to obtain an Airport Identification Card (AIC) or Crew Identification card (CIC).

Please note that due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to pass a Counter Terrorism Check.

• Hybrid working (office Tuesday and Wednesday)

• Become a subject matter expert in aviation referencing, ensuring referencing is completed in compliance with DfT Airside Pass Scheme Guidance, Base e regulations, and  policies
• Ensure delivery of new colleague’s referencing within or exceeding SLA’s
• Identify and resolve any issues which may impact the successful referencing of candidates with business specific time frames
• Work as ‘One Team’ with all key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of airside passes in time to meet operational delivery

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with good written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure to achieve deadlines
• Greater understanding of the business as a whole
