Customer Service Delivery Driver - Leeds and Bradford Airport - Days 6am - 6pm - 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 8 Months Fixed Term contract - £13 Per Hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Delivery Driver at Leeds Bradford Airport. Customer Service Delivery Drivers are expected to safely and professionally transfer customers between the car park and airport terminal, as well as managing reception and the customer check-in process. This is a flexible contract with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, working days and nights.

• Greeting customers, checking in customers, and completing all valet documentation at the valet front desk reception area and in the arrivals area of the car park
• Utilisation of Pre-book IT systems
• Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries
• Monitor all entries and exits and be proactive with shift planning using the P2T Booking system and associated reports
• Maintain a standard of deportment and behaviour that represents the company
• Report to the line manager any element of car park service that may compromise service level
• Assist customers with loading of luggage onto the fleet vehicle
• Ensure the fleet vehicle is cleaned and presentable for service
• Ensure vehicle checks are completed
• Complete all Fleet documentation
• Transport passengers between the car park and airport terminal
• Report all vehicle defects
• Photograph arriving vehicles
• Move customers' cars from arrivals to secure parking area and return when required
• Patrol the car parks on foot, look for unattended bags, suspicious vehicles or persons, and report findings
• Litter picking, bin changing and cleaning of customer and staff areas
• Answer incoming phone calls and deal with customer queries
• Complete report sheets or any other log sheets in full and as instructed

• Full UK Drivers license
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Excellent team player

• Excellent communication skills
