FLT Counterbalance Driver – Leeds
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Shifts:Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:30
Rates of Pay:£12.75 per hour

- Operating a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently
- Conducting pre-use inspections and reporting any defects to management
- Receiving and unpacking goods into the warehouse
- Stowing pallets and organising stock for deliveries
- Moving goods around the warehouse as required
- Checking the quantity and quality (visual) of incoming and outgoing goods
- Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Skills:
- Valid Counterbalance Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Truck
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated, and organised
- Flexible approach to additional warehouse tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience working within a busy warehouse environment
- Full site training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
