Class 2 Driver

My client is currently recruiting for a permanent reliable and hardworking Class 2 Drayman Driver to join our delivery team, working alongside a Driver's Mate delivering products safely and professionally to customers across the region.

• Salary: £36,396 per year
• Full-time permanent position

• Monday: 07:00 until 17:00
• Tuesday to Friday: 08:00 until 17:00

• Delivering goods to pubs, bars, restaurants, and commercial premises
• Working closely with a Driver's Mate to complete deliveries safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading stock using appropriate equipment and manual handling techniques
• Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
• Maintaining excellent customer service at all delivery points
• Ensuring compliance with transport and health & safety regulations

• Valid Class 2 licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Over 25 years old due to insurance purposes
• No more than 6 points
• Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
