** This position is full time, onsite Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
** Requirements:
* Excellent attendance and the ability to work the same shift each day
* Experience with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific systems
* Prior office experience is preferred
* Superior communication skills including listening, speaking, reading, writing
* Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
* Ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
* Upbeat personality/positive outlook
* High school diploma required, secondary education preferred

Responsibilities
- * Communicate and coordinate with terminals to ensure timely placement of new drivers
* Collect, organize, track, file and review program paperwork
* Organize and present ppw for graduation
* Evaluate driver logs and ELD-quick review
* Track/Submit mentor pay
* Additional duties as required
