Job Description

As a Driver/Warehouse Person
, you will be a key member of the team providing a great service to customers & Branches by ensuring accurate order picking, on‑time delivery and polite & professional face‑to‑face customer interaction.

This role involves supporting the warehouse during quiet periods, but mainly completing multi‑drop delivery routes and supporting the operation in any other way needed.

• COLLABORATION: building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to achieve shared objectives
• TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY: taking action, overcoming obstacles, and meeting commitments
• CUSTOMER FOCUS: building strong customer relationships and delivering customer‑centric solutions

• DRIVING: held a valid UK drivers licence for 12+ months, with no more than 3 points & over the age of 21 years old (insurance purposes)
• EXPERIENCE: proven multi‑drop delivery & basic warehouse experience
• COMMUNICATION: great conversational skills to enhance your customer service and engagement across to your colleagues and customers
• ADAPTABILITY: ability to switch up your day when needed, to support the businesses needs
