Pay: £16.50 per hour
Overtime: £24.75 per hour after 45 hours
Up to £500 Bonus Available

Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 4:00pm

Smart Solutions is recruiting HGV Class 2 Skip and RoRo Drivers to join a leading waste management company based in Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced drivers and newly qualified Class 2 drivers looking to build their experience with a reputable employer offering ongoing work, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a clear path to a permanent position.

• £16.50 per hour
• Overtime paid at £24.75 per hour after 45 hours
• Weekly pay
• £250 bonus after 4 weeks
• Additional £250 bonus after 8 weeks
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Ongoing, long-term work
• Temp to perm opportunity
• Full training and support provided
• Work with a well-established national waste management company

As a Class 2 Skip / RoRo Driver, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, exchange, and collection of skips and waste containers across commercial and domestic sites.

• Operate a Class 2 Skip or RoRo vehicle safely and professionally
• Deliver and collect skips and containers across designated routes
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
• Ensure loads are secure and transported in accordance with regulations
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Comply with Driver Hours, Health & Safety, and company procedures

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category
  
  C) Licence
• Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• New pass drivers are welcome to apply
• Skip or RoRo experience is beneficial but not essential
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when required
