Import clerk nights

We are seeking two experienced Air Import Clerks to join a busy air freight operation based  will be responsible for managing import shipments from arrival through to customs clearance, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and delivering a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities Manage air import shipments from arrival to final delivery Prepare and check import documentation including AWBs, invoices, and permits Coordinate customs clearance and submit declarations Liaise with customers, airlines, and warehouse teams Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies Ensure compliance with customs and CAA regulations Requirements Previous experience in air import or freight forwarding Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
