Class 2 Tramper Driver

At Shift Hero Wakefield, we are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV Tramper Drivers to work for one of our value client in the Wakefield area. Due to expansion we are looking for reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our growing team.

• Transport beds frames and mattresses to other businesses,
• Push and slide,
• One or two nights out ( tramping) per week when required in this role,
• Ensure safe loading, securing, and unloading of materials,
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate delivery records,
• Provide excellent customer service while representing company.

• A valid Class 2 (C) licence entitlement
• Valid CPC & Digital Tacho
• Good understanding of drivers hours rules and regulations.
• No more than 6 points (or major endorsements).

Standard Hourly Rate: £14.46

Advanced Hourly Rate £16.21 (includes holiday pay)
Overnight allowance included

At Shift Hero, we only operate on a PAYE basis. We remove the confusion and potential costs that can be incurred via Umbrella Companies.

All our your pay is processed in-house by one of the team and is paid weekly on a Friday.
