About the Role

A growing operation in Leeds is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative with proven Team Leader experience to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, takes pride in high standards, and is confident supporting and guiding others when needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out day‑to‑day warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and stock movement

* Support the shift lead with coordinating daily tasks and ensuring smooth workflow

* Maintain accurate stock records and follow company processes

* Uphold health & safety standards across the warehouse

* Assist in training new starters and acting as a point of contact on shift

* Operate warehouse equipment (training provided if required)

What We’re Looking For

* Previous warehouse experience is essential

* Demonstrated team leader or supervisory experience

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off rotation

* A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
