Warehouse Shift Manager – Leeds

You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day warehouse operations, lead teams across shifts, and ensure our standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity are consistently met.

Full‑time, permanent. Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00.

Salary up to £34,807.50 per annum, 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). • Lead by example in health & safety, process adherence, and team engagement
• Manage shift handovers, resource planning, and operational continuity
• Support HR functions including RTWs, investigations, and absence management
• Drive performance against KPIs and support site‑wide initiatives
• Act as site lead on Sundays and during management absences

• Proven experience in team leadership within a warehouse or supply chain environment
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
