Novara People are recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a specialist manufacturing business based in LS10, Leeds.
This is a varied role combining FLT driving with general warehouse duties, so we're looking for someone who is happy to work both on and off the truck.
Monday to Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
Candidates must also be flexible and available to work longer shifts/overtime during busy production periods, which can include 12-hour shifts when required.
The Role- Operating a Counterbalance FLT
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving materials and finished products around the site
- Putting stock away into designated locations
- Picking and preparing materials/orders
- Supporting production with materials when required
- Stock movement and general warehouse duties
- Manual handling
- Completing FLT safety checks
- Keeping warehouse and working areas clean and organised
- Following all site Health & Safety procedures
Must have full UK Driving License
Skills- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
- Previous FLT driving experience
- Previous warehouse experience
- Confident loading and unloading vehicles
- Comfortable carrying out general warehouse/manual duties alongside FLT work
- Reliable with good attendance and timekeeping
- Good Health & Safety awareness
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
