Leek Building Society is seeking a highly analytical Balance Sheet Manager to join the Treasury and FP&A function in a hybrid, full-time role. You will lead capital and liquidity stress testing, manage ICAAP/ILAAP/Recovery Plan, and support interest rate risk management through model enhancement and reporting.
Working closely with Finance, Products and other teams, you will produce clear recommendations, present risk insights to ALCO, and help ensure regulatory and risk controls are up to date.
